Defining your style at work, in the “white space” between incredibly formal and uber casual, can be very challenging. Keeping your signature look on either end of the style spectrum (from cocktail to denim) is fairly easy, but as a style blogger and style correspondent for ELLE, I’m frequently asked how to dress for work in an appropriate way that maintains a sense of individual style.
