Tips for Staying Hydrated in Tropical Florida

Living in a sub-tropical Florida climate requires you to stay hydrated most of the time to avoid fatigue.

Dehydration can cause headaches, and even body mass gain.

It’s important to always consume plenty of water in the heat. Sufficient water amount may also stimulate brain function and increased energy levels.

How can you stay hydrated throughout the day?

  • Eat a minimum amount of five cups of fruits and vegetables per day to maintain yourself in perfect health, as they all contain various levels of water and nutrient potassium.
  • Make sure you are well-hydrated before you begin exercising. Drink plenty of fluids before your physical routine.
  • Limit alcohol, caffeine and teas because they might contribute for increased dehydration.
